One address reaches us for families, genealogists, privacy questions and problems. We read every message and reply from the same address.
How to reach us
Email contact@our-story.co. Write in the language you are most comfortable in; short messages are fine.
Never send passwords, sign-in codes or payment details by email. We will not ask for them, and a message that does is not from us.
What helps us answer quickly
- The family archive name or address (for example
our-story.co/story/your-family) and the email you sign in with, so we can find your account. - For a problem: what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead, and the device and browser you used. A screenshot helps, but leave out anything you would not want kept.
- For a genealogist or client question: whether you are asking about your own workspace, a client’s family, or a handoff between them.
Privacy, ownership and legal questions
Most answers about access, ownership, exports and AI use are already on the privacy and ownership page. Requests about personal data follow the privacy policy, and the terms describe the service. Write to the same address for anything they do not cover.
Before you write
