Storage and plan details
Family includes 25 GB storage and 250 AI actions per year. The trial includes 2 GB and 25 AI actions. One Family trial is available per account. AI tools depend on availability and the archive’s settings.
Paid plans renew annually until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Applicable tax may be added. See our Terms and Privacy Notice.
What happens after the trial?
After 30 days, choose Family for $59/year to keep adding. There is no automatic charge. Without a plan, the archive becomes read-only; reading and owner exports remain available. Nothing is deleted because the trial ends.
Do relatives need an account?
Yes, a free account keeps access private. You choose what each invited person can do. One family plan covers everyone; there are no per-person subscriptions.
How invitations work →Can we keep our own copy?
Archive owners can request an export with original files, readable offline pages and family data. Export access remains available if your subscription lapses.

Professional handoff grants are limited to three active at once and one per vault. Each accepted grant is one nonrenewing Family year; later handoffs require the client to sponsor Family at $59/year. An accepted handoff does not start an automatic Family renewal. Full handoff terms.
Both plans include the core family tree, memories, records, citations, search, invitations, living-person privacy, GEDCOM import and evidence tools. AI features appear only when enabled and within the archive’s allowance. Review extracted names, dates and relationships before accepting them.
