Our Story is an archive and collaboration app. It does not search historical record databases, perform DNA matching or certify a genealogical conclusion.

Preserve the original document, its repository and reference, and an explanation of what it says. Give recollections their own place in Memories. Keep uncertainty visible when two sources differ.

Source-review, research briefs, issue tracking and client review packets are available in selected pilots. Confirm availability for your account before promising them as part of a client deliverable.

An eligible Professional owner can send a private handoff to a specific client email. The client signs in, reviews the offer and accepts ownership. Pending handoffs can be canceled; the status remains visible after the link has been sent.

The owner export includes readable offline pages, original files, structured archive data and a GEDCOM tree file. Review the ZIP before sharing: it includes restricted material.

The Professional plan is $249/year for up to 10 active client vaults. Storage, AI-action and handoff allowances are shared or limited as described on the pricing page.

Eligible accepted handoffs include one complimentary, nonrenewing Family year, subject to the plan’s grant limits. An invitation does not mean the client has accepted, and a handoff does not start an automatic Family renewal.
