Our Story archives are private to invited members. You choose their access: some people can read and listen, while others can add memories. Owners manage membership.
Invited family and friends need a free account. They do not need a separate subscription. Creating a memory page does not publish your family’s photos or names in search results.
Privacy and ownership →Keep photographs, written memories, recordings and documents, connected to the person they belong to. Relatives can add the context only they know: who was there, what happened next, or why that ordinary day mattered.
Record a short story or upload supported audio. Recording and file limits apply; transcription is available only where enabled and within the archive’s allowance.
Recording formats, limits and steps →The Family plan costs $59/year for the family archive. Start with a 30-day trial without a card. The trial does not automatically charge you.
If you do not choose a plan, the archive becomes read-only. Reading and owner exports remain available; trial expiration does not start deletion.
Compare plans and allowances →Archive owners can export original files, readable offline pages and family data. Keep a separate backup and check that the files open. Review the export before sharing it: a downloaded copy can contain material restricted inside the app.
