Open your account menu and choose Client workspace. It lists every client family attached to your portfolio, pending handoffs and previous clients, with Set up a client family and View client work across all of them.
Step 1. Set up a client family opens the welcome flow with the client intent: name the archive, then review billing to attach it to your Professional portfolio. You are not added as a relative.
Step 2. Add the client as an owner when they are ready, or keep the archive in your portfolio until handoff.
Brief, questions and issues
Settings → Project brief & intake holds the research question, starting information, materials and gaps, scope and limits, sharing preferences and delivery plan, each with a status and notes. It is planning, kept apart from evidence; it does not record consent or sign-off.

Settings → Questions & issues is the working list: open, waiting, resolved or deferred, with assignments and outcomes. Filter with Show issues.

Review packets and reports
Client reviews prepares a packet of saved text and stated limitations for the client to approve or send back with changes. Approval applies only to that packet’s text; it certifies no facts and grants no permissions.

Research reports turn a question into findings, conclusions and a source trail drawn from the archive’s reviewed sources. Reports are private to current and future owners and can be delivered to the client from the report page.

Work across clients and target dates
View client work in the workspace gathers open issues, reviews and reports from every client family into one list. Give any item a private target date; optional email reminders can arrive before it, for you alone.

Handoff
When the work is done, hand the archive to the client from Settings → Billing & access: the client accepts ownership and sponsorship, the status is visible to both sides, and you keep access until they remove you. Ownership transfer does not transfer payment responsibility by itself. The client handoff guide covers what to say to the client.
