Find your saved memory
Open Archive → Memories to find it again. Use Link people to say who it is about, and check Who can see this? on the item. Filing and privacy are separate decisions.
If an upload does not finish
- The file is still uploading
- Keep the tab open and check your internet connection. Large audio and video files may take longer than photographs. Wait for Saved before closing the tab.
- The upload failed
- Choose Retry upload in the upload list. Keep the original file on your device until the retry succeeds. If it fails again, contact us with the file type and the error shown.
- I cannot add anything
- Check that you have an owner or editor role and that the archive has an active trial or plan. Viewers can explore but cannot upload.
